As part of the Offerings & Maketing BU, I’m in charge of the offering for the hosting and managed services activities.
In this context, I’m accountable for:
- The definition of the short and long terms activity strategy and vision: target activities, target segments, target market shares, etc..
- The definition of the services and products offerings: Value proposition, product and services, target market segments, distribution channels, business case, pricing model, sales and marketing materials
- The definition and follow-up of the roadmap and investment projects and budget
- The definition and execution of the marketing plan in coordination with the marketing team

- the definition of the Cloud offers in relationship with the commercials, pre sales and marketing teams: Customers segments and problems, value proposition, solutions, cost structure and pricing model
- the management of the Cloud program and related projects, teams and contractors
- the delivery and implementation of the Cloud, IaaS and PaaS solutions in the different SIGMA Data Centers

The Open Source PaaS Offer is aiming at providing to the customers a Web Hosting Cloud PaaS Platform allowing to automatically provision through a web portal web hosting platforms and deploy open sources hosting stack and services.
In this context, I'm accountable for:
- the definition of the web hosting cloud PaaS offer: vision and strategy, business model, product features and user stories, target operating model, cost structure and pricing model
- the creation, recruitement and management of the project organization
- the management and follow-up of all the project activities as Product Owner following the SCRUM methodology

Global Program Manager for the APM Program.
The APM Program is aiming at defining the Application Performance Management strategy within the AXA Group and deploying the different APM platforms in the AXA Technology Services Data Centers.
In this context, I'm accountable for:
- the definition of the APM Service: vision and strategy, service offer, global target operating model, business case, local cost and pricing models.
- the lead of the business development activities, managing the pre sales activities and building structured commercial proposals including subsidiaries and contractors work packages
- the creation, build and management of the Center of Excellence, virtual team aiming at providing global APM services for the different AXA Tech entities.
- the delivery and implementation of the solution in the different local Data Centers through the operational management of the local project managers.
4 Platforms are currently under implementation in order to deliver the service to 9 different AXA Operating Companies across Europe and Asia.
In this role, I'm reporting hierarchically to the AXA Tech Global Programs Head, and operationally to the Business and APM Program Director.
