After a successfull career in hospitality around Europe, I decide to specialised in one of my passion WINE. Awarded by a Bachelor in Wine and Spirits Marketing from INSEEC in Bordeaux, I acquired experience in different aspect of the wine supplied chain (communication, marketing, selling, sourcing, and supplying). I now live in Australia, where I take care of the wine portfolio for Chairman Group, a successfull restaurant group including 4 restaurant in Canberra and one in Hong Kong (all awarded by Good Food Guide or Michelin Guide). My work include stock management, sourcing, selling and building strong relationship with supplier.

    2013 - 2017 In charge of three portfolio for three restaurant. Design, picking and selling different wines and drinks to match perfectly three different kind of asian food (Malaysian, Szechuan Chinese, Japanese). Specialisation in Sake and sake matching. Awarded 2 glasses by Good Food Wine "Wine List of the Year Awards". Build strong relationship with supplier. Organise and take care of a 100+ seats fine dinning restaurant.
