You‘re looking for an aeronautical product manager, certain elements of my course could interest your company.

- My experience at Duqueine Rhône-Alpes, led me to manage projects (quality/cost/delay) in the field of composite parts manufacturing being focal point of customers assemblers of aeronautical structures in France (Airbus, Stelia and Safran Nacelle) and abroad (Premium Aerotec Germany).

- I also have the experience of the development of innovative processes with the implementation of optimized manufacturing line meeting the needs of production rate increase and cost saving. (Management of multi-field team: Design, Manufacturing engineering, Industrialization, Quality, Production and sales department)

- In charge of cost follow-up, I am involved dice the writing of the commercial offers, participating in the signature of the contract and obtention of overcost due to change implementation.

- My last post brought me to develop a composite /metallic sub-assembly (APRON) by starting from definition of material/process couple with the implementation of the manufacturing line until the complete qualification of the product.

    - Transfer site leader from prototype to serial production site. ;

    * Integration of carbon lay-up optimized process and serial means. ;
    * Lean Manufacturing Development.
    * Geometrical inspection reduction plan. ;
