After 5 years as trainee at Philips Lighting PLS R&D EMEA and 6 months at Philips Lighting PLS greater China (Shanghai) I developed my skills in project management, technical knowledge (electronics components, mechanical components (Die casting, plastic injection,..), optical components) and communication in multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
Now I'm product Architect, it means the technical leader of project for outdoor luminaires development. I'm the technical reference point for mechanical engineer's team. I lead the team to fill project objectives (quality, costs, leadtime) and develop innovations and creativity with strong focuses on results. I'm also the leader of knowledge management for all our R&D center in Europe.

    Manage international product development project from customer request to mass production and manage continuous improvement project.     Suresnes 2012 - 2012 Position: Project manager in Indoor Segment R&D (Shanghai, China). Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop new lighting solutions in order to show the capacities of team to innovate. Develop competencies of resources by a training program.     o Achievement: Demo Room project to demonstrate new lighting solutions in indoor lighting. Define and perform training to improve resources competencies.

  • Philips - Product Architect

    Suresnes 2009 - 2012 Position: Product Architect/Technical Leader in Outdoor Segment R&D.
    Develop integration of new technologies in luminaires in line with market expectations and with project objectives (quality, cost, lead time). Develop a new range of road lighting luminaires according to market expectations. Capitalize technical knowledge of luminaires development across Design rules project.     o Achievement: Integration of communication module (WIFI, 3G/4G) in partnership with Ericsson. Develop new urban lighting solutions to personalize products. Put in place the Design rules database to standardize way of working in Europe. Iridium² road lighting luminaire introduction according all target, commercial success

  • Philips - Mechanical Designer trainee

    Suresnes 2007 - 2009 Position: Mechanical Designer Trainee in Outdoor Segment R&D. Design functions in luminaire according to marketing requirements and project objectives (cost, quality, lead time). Apply Philips Leadership Competencies and Philips values.
