    PARIS 2011 - 2013 Consulting assignment for national and local not-for-profit charitable organisations
    On voluntary basis, lead projects in the not-for-profit sector to improve organisational learning, design and people productivity.
    Achievements
    * Drove project to evaluate, develop and implement training for a Federation of Associations (2000 volunteers) in response on significant reduction in public funding. ;
    * Led coaching initiative with senior manager of a dance company specialising in hospitals (geriatric services, intensive care units) that improved fundraising efficiency.
    * Jointly designed an organisation supporting and controlling the distribution of products for an Association specialising in collecting and distributing sponsorship products (50 partners) ;
  • NYSE Euronext - Project Manager - HRBP

    2007 - 2011 Support the organisational and cultural changes due to the AEMS (Atos/Euronext JV) separation and the subsequent integration into the NYSE Euronext Group. Direct support to IT development organisations and support functions with 200 employees.

    Achievements
    * Reformed the training plan (budget EUR 350k pa) that generated a twofold increase in the number of training sessions (language, finance) within a similar budget, which improved cross-cultural collaboration.
    * Implemented the global HR system in the French subsidiary - HRIS (8 Modules of PeopleSoft, Cognos), liaising with the global development team based in the US: defined French requirements, managed UAT, coordinated the project and led all communications and training staff on the system.
    * Managed the process of switching payroll provider and system, including system design, enforcing strict SLAs and reporting, and streamlining processes to deliver 50% reduction in payroll preparation time and improved payslip accuracy. ;

  • SFR - HR Business Partner

    1996 - 2005 Provide business partner support to Business & Support functions, covering up to 450 employees across multiple sites, specifically supporting expansion and organisational change.
    Line managed up to 3 staff and implemented HR policies, talent management and compensation.
    Achievements :
    * Supported tripling of employee numbers over 3 years: managed job description, grading, recruitment / induction, development, training and total compensation, and put in place new training programmes for managers (recruitment and legal aspects for 6-10 managers)
    * Delivered part of a major organisational change programme to turn two directorates from product-focused to customer focused structures, involving redesign of reporting lines and processes, and integration of two culturally distinct directorates.
    -> Project managed the organisational change and led on all employee communications, townhall meetings, employee questions, skills gapsidentification and redeployment.
    -> Planned and led the shutdown of a Parisian call centre and replacement with two sites in Nantes and Lyon: 40 employees transferred and redeployed; recruited 130 new staff in just 9 months.
    * Supported the sales and the redeployment of Cegetel RSS: oversaw voluntary transfer of 20 employees required for continuity of service and redeployment of 40 employes, and managed staff through period of great uncertainty pending confirmation of trade sale.
    * Designed and implemented group HR processes: performance management and internal mobility
