    Laval 2012 - 2014 Lactalis Nestle is the 3rd largest UK supplier of both Brand and Own Label operating within the Chilled Yogurt & Desserts category worth £2.3bn.
    Reporting to the Category Controller, I am responsible for:
    - A £70m Brand portfolio as well as being the adult yogurt expert accounting for 50% of the category.
    - Covering all retail channels for the UK and Irish market incl. convenience and online I also have specific responsibilities for leading key Major Multiples category relationship.
  • Bic - Category Planner

    Clichy 2010 - 2012 Reporting to GM, I was in charge of three categories (Stationery, Shavers and Lighters) covering the UK and IRL. My responsibilities included:
    - Negotiation and sourcing of data for all categories, incl. Epos, Market and Shopper research at a local and European level with a £300K budget incl. Nielsen, IRI, GFK and TNS Kantar.
    - Provide in-depth analysis of market results, identifying trends and business gaps.
    - Creation of Excel based tools tracking Epos and market data, as well as planograms in order to maximise sales and visibility of products.
    - Monitor local merchandising situations for all channels.
    - Analysis and follow up of BTL promotional activity identifying successful mechanics, pricing and calendar.
    - Develop and promote trade action plans in each product category for top management, sales team and key accounts.
    - Develop number of in-store placements, optimise shelf organisation, push secondary sightings, increase number of check-out placements and stimulate permanent POS material.
    - In charge of client category captaincies incl. relationship building and negotiation, Category range review, merchandising and signage recommendations. Grew captaincies from 1 to 6 incl. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, WH Smith, Wilkinson and Staples.
