  Based in Brussels, this position reports to the Doosan Infracore Portable Power & Attachments President of EMEA.The key objective of the role is to provide full HR support and services to the EMEA businesses (13 countries/3 plants/3 Business units) and operations. This position provides HR leadership to 500 USD million business (1500 staff):
  
  - leading HR integration process for EMEA.
  - Pre and Post divestitures (April 2007 and December 2007) HR management
  - work with business leaders and peers to ensure organizational capability and staffing needs are met (emerging markets as Eastern Europe, Russia, South-Africa);
  -implement key HR processes ( Succession plan, Performance management review, reward plans) and strategic HR initiatives throughout EMEA;
