    o Negotiated and closed new customer: STAR first Tunisian Insurer (multi million € contract)
    o Developped an annual sales plan for an Account Manager (upselling and new business), delivered performance management objectives, agreed business plans, budget and targets and report on both plus and minus factors impacting on the business
    o Invested on local brand awareness through advertising campaigns, events, partnerships, and a dedicated Lead Generation external company

    - Personnel issues
    o Increased workforce by France +4 and Tunisia +12, to finally manage a 35 people team: Operations (Finance/HR/Infra) Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Managers, Developers, Presales
    o Empowered and encouraged employees to develop their skills portfolio with specific training
