    • In charge of operations for the 3 hotels, management of the various department (110 persons)

    • Project leader of the campanile & Premiere Classe refurbishment (Bedrooms and common part)
    • Full review of Conference strategy & Rates & implementation of Micros S&C Module (from Business plan to full implementation) with as a result + 15% turnover increase)
    • Realization & follow up of Sales strategy and segmented budget
    • Implementation and realization of a large cost saving plan
    • Active participation to the contracting and negotiation for EURO 2012 event.
    • In charge of analyse, creation and roll out of the Campanile F&B offer for all Campanile in Poland (9 hotels in 7 different cities). 2 Menu per year.
    • In charge of the bar Promotion & animation for Polish Campanile Bar, creation of special partners with Pernod Ricard to promote their brands.
    • Active research and constant monitoring of F&B concept trend and evolution

    LA DEFENSE 2010 - 2011 Project manager directly attached to the Louvre Hotels Senior VP International Operation Manager and GOLDEN TULIP CEO.
    • Active participation in the merge of Golden Tulip into Louvre Hotels Brand (Synergies analysis, cost saving plan, Best practice exchange, …)
    • Project manager on the Conversion of 4 European Owned hotels from Louvre Hotels brand to Golden Tulip One (Poland / Italy / Netherland)
    • Realization and follow up of various business plan and achievement
    • Budget realization and follow up for more than 10 different headquarters in different countries.
    • Project leader for the creation of a inhouse reporting tool (CRM) for entire Operations team of the Group
  • Louvre Hotels - Business Analyst

    LA DEFENSE 2008 - 2010 Business analyst dedicated to the VP operations Europe (UK/ Benelux/ Poland/ France North) in charge of 500 hotels
    • Realization, implementation and follow up of Business plan & cost saving plan in few European country

    LA DEFENSE 2007 - 2007 In charge of the implementation of newly sign Global chain Contract between Louvre Hotels and Major Worldwide third parties. (2 contracts and 800 hotels to integrate for each)
