En résumé

In-house legal counsel with experience in legal departments of various international companies operating in the manufacturing and service industries. This experience provided me a solid competence in contract management activities (including the negotiation of private and public contracts), corporate law, commercial law and dispute resolution.

Business minded, my motivation is to participate in the business expansion of companies by developing a legal culture and ensuring that my company masters its legal environment (hence generating a competitive advantage).

    - Manage two Contract Managers based in Spain and Italy.
    - Participate in District leadership teams in France and North Africa.
    - Organize compliance training sessions across the districts (France and North Africa) on internal policies.

    * Negotiate local, international, private and public contracts for the region

    - Defend the company’s interests during insurance or legal expertise processes and litigation.

    2005 - 2011 * Negotiated all agreements, including Sale and Purchase Agreements
    - Drafted inventory, supply, maintenance and subcontract agreements including general terms and conditions of purchase.
    - Managed all disputes and litigations for contracts.

    - Drafted documentation required for board and shareholders’ meetings of French and Belgian companies of the group.

    Richmond 2001 - 2005 * Executed internal and external legal strategy
    - Negotiated sales and purchase agreements for transportation and security services.
    - Drafted general terms and conditions of sales for home security services.
    - Prepared corporate documentation and inter-company agreements for 15 companies of the group (located in France, Morocco and Ivory Coast). Change of legal form of companies, capital increase/decrease operations.
