    2013 - 2014 o Deployed the DLE Project (accurate manpower efficiency) => Project completed and approved by finance on time
    Responsible for capturing, evaluating and proofing cycle time data for routing (31 lines)

    Calculated the kanban loops and batch sizes, created a kanban card editor file (excel VBA).
    Defined transportation flow of the components, segmentation and calculation of the train loops (3 trains, 6 cells and 150 references)
    Designed transportation cart and flow rack feeding for the components.

    Trained new employees to 5S, Standardized Work, SMED, TPM (Equipment care), and Kanban system. (Taught approximately 100 peoples)

    Developed an informatics management tool for PPAP revalidation
    Suppliers PPAP revalidation => (went from 15% to 95% revalidation)
    Managed the quality product for a new program (Inspected incoming, improved the product, managed the modifications and followed up with a quality convergence plan => SOP achieved with success

    Implemented the 7 quality basics on a cutting process (implemented, trained, audited, and improved)
    Piloted an FMEA analysis on a cutting process
    Defined and designed a final inspection for a cutting process (developed the way to control; Implemented and trained)

    Improved the efficiency of a foam control lab (reduced waste movements, designed transportation cart, created standardized work)
    5S activities to reduce ergonomics issue and the efficiency on the foam control lab
