LAUSANNE

En résumé

• Cell biologist with expertise in oncology, tumor immunology and lymphatic vascular biology

• Management of preclinical studies in oncology: outsourcing with CROs, multi-project, planning, design, set up, monitoring of studies, dealing with deadlines

• Research project management: designing and optimization of techniques and scientific protocols, in vitro and in vivo, compiling and analysing data

• Scientists lab work supervision and training

• Scientific writing (reviews, articles, grants, reports) and oral communication skills

• Teamwork, working flexibly, establishment of external collaborations

I studied cellular and molecular biology at the University of Rennes, France (2001-2004), where I got a Master degree in “Cellular and Molecular Biology, Sciences of Health” in 2004. I have received my PhD in Biology in April 2008 from the University of Rennes.
During my PhD thesis in the laboratory of Pr Karin Tarte at INSERM U917 Microenvironment and Cancer (Rennes, France), I studied the crosstalk between the stromal cell niche and malignant germinal center B-cells in non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This work has resulted in first author and first co-author publications in Cancer Research and Blood.
During my postdoctoral fellow, in the laboratory of Pr Tatiana Petrova in Division of Experimental Oncology at the University of Lausanne and University Central Hospital, my work was focused on the mechanisms regulating lymphatic vessel growth and regeneration in physiological and pathological conditions for the research of novel therapeutic targets to treat lymphedema. This research has resulted in first co-author and co-author publications in Circulation Research and Developmental Cell.
During my assignment at Debiopharm (Lausanne), I was in charge of the management of preclinical studies in oncology. My tasks were the design, planning, monitoring, analysis, report review/writing of in vitro and in vivo pharmacology and drug screening projects conducted in CROs.
