    Details of tasks:

    * Translating: Proceed to translate the instructions of the customer to the Technical department.

    * Referencing: Produce and setup the referencing process for each website.

    * Quality: Test and verify each webiste following the Customer's instructions and our protocole of website setup.

    * Production: Follow and control the production of each website. Preparing the working board and follow the application of this one.

    * Technical: Setup and develop our system and process of production or technical tool to purpose the best solution the customer.

    * RH: Manage, recrut and control the Quality, Integration, Design and Developpement Department.

    * Problem solver: When I have to prepare the working board ans follow the each staff to be sure everything is done. If not, the reasons why and soluce the problem.
    Always try to keep motivate staff and if some mistakes happened, I have to take action against.
    For every Instructions Sheet, make sure the instructions are clear and precise. If the some problem happened, I have to contact our Foreign services to have more details.
    Always keep contact with our service to inform the process.
    Take care of the feedbach or the last minute modifications.

    Staff: 50-60 people in 4 different departments
    Working stats: 35 to 45 projects realized by day.
    Design stats: 5 to 15 design projects created by day.
