I lead the sourcing and talent acquisition at Accenture France.
My role is to define and implement a sourcing strategy for all workforces and also to address the talent acquisitions issues we may face.
My main responsibilies are:
- Coordinating and driving the sourcing activities
- Managing as well as anticipating the needs and open/upcoming demands from the business
- Improving our attractiveness through social medias and job boards
- Managing the selection of agencies in order to reduce/maximize our recruitment spending
- Strenghtening our market knowledge of niche skills
- Liaising with the Marketing/Communication in order to improve our sourcing efficiency
