Realization of the Invitation To Tender dossier in order to be shortlisted by major companies (TotalFinaElf, Agip, ExxonMobil.etc.),
Coordination of each department involved in the bid proposal (Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, HSE, etc.),
Coordination of a local team composed of 2 engineers and 1 secretary.
