  • PROCTER & GAMBLE - Brand Manager Oral Care Whitespace Expansion - Europe / Middle East

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2010 - 2013 - Led the launch of the Oral-B brand into the Toothpaste category across Europe and Israel (16 countries), a category where P&G had no business so far. Launch in the UK was identified as one of the 7 most successful FMCG launches in Europe in the last 3 years by Nielsen Europe (12,000 launches reviewed)
    - Work included designing the product line-up for Retail & Pharmacy customers, creating the Marketing plan (positioning, business model, communication strategy, trial plans, pricing & promo strategy) and delivering the P&L.
    - Launch exceeds all expectations in all countries, reaching 16% value share in Belgium after 4 years, and 10% value share in the UK after 1 year only
    - Project delivered an incremental $70 million turnover in FY11/12 (i.e. 44% of total P&G Oral Care WE growth).

  • PROCTER & GAMBLE - Assistant Brand Manager Denture Care WE

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2007 - 2009 - Led the Denture Care WE business (Fixodent, Kukident) for 2 years ($220 million turnover)
    - Designed the Brand's most successful product innovation, over-delivering on all targets (turnover index 143 vs. target, value share index 176). This product became the 3rd best-selling Denture Care product in the German market in only 6 months
    - Grew turnover by 8% and profit by 24% in 2 years. Market share crossed the 50% threshold for the first time ever in Europe – moved from 48% to 54%

  • PROCTER & GAMBLE - Assistant Brand Manager Pharmacy Toothpaste WE

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2005 - 2007 - Led the integration of the Fluocaril / Parogencyl Brands, acquired from Sanofi-Aventis in Sept’05 ($80 million turnover)
    - Defined the Brand strategy for both Brands, to ensure they have a clear & distinct positioning with the Pharmacy channel
    - Defined business model to ensure continued support from Pharmacists by launching several innovations & designing dedicated Marketing programs to secure business growth.
    - Business delivered +2% turnover during the first 2 years of the acquisition
  • Unilever - Assistant Product Manager (Intern), Ice Cream Category France

    Rueil-Malmaison 2003 - 2003 - Worked on the Carte d’Or Brand during the peak season, launching successfully the Lenotre collection – which quickly became a best-seller for the Brand
    - Mapped competition to identify business opportunities – 2 recommendations got implemented
  • Unilever - Category Manager (Intern), Dairy Products Category France

    Rueil-Malmaison 2003 - 2003 - Launched the Pro-Activ brand in France, including a full line-up of anti-cholesterol dairy products (butter, yogurt, milk)
