    2003 - 2007 DSenior marketing manager within credit cards business, RBS group, Edinburgh.
    -Portfolio management programme delivery on two card portfolios (c6m cards). Responsibilities included: Direct marketing campaigns: implement monthly programmes of campaigns to boost portfolio performance, customer retention & profitability.
    -Develop Customer Value Propositions: managed a range of direct marketing campaign CVP’s from a strategy and planning perspective. Activities included: results analysis, competitors research, pricing development and income forecasting.
    -Card portfolios Migration/Upgrades programme development & implementation: large-scale upgrade programmes managed from strategy stage all the way to implementation and process mapping. Programmes were often combined with activation & usage incentives to boost portfolio performance & profit. KPIs were: activation rate, balance build and revolving %, usage uplift, net profit.
    -Reactivation programme and strategy: in order to manage and optimise dormant customer segments. Activities included developing the annual marketing plan of activity to achieve strategy goals & KPIs, develop & own the P & L for reactivation programme, segment the dormant customers in the most effective manner, identify the right communication channels, analyse campaign results, manage and define product value proposition for dormant segment.
    -Cards operations: extensive experience of working closely with call centres and operations centre, re-engineering process for Upgrades and migration strategy whilst maintaining service levels.
