Having worked as a .Net application developer in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), I now handle critical functional and performance issues for ASP.net web-applications running on Microsoft’s IIS web-server. I have more than 6 years of development and design experience on ASP.net based application, OOP and Microsoft centric technologies.

My experience is both technical (having worked with the latest versions of Microsoft products such as WinDBG, IIS 7.5, Windows 2008 R2 and ASP.net 3.5 SP1) as well as people focused (I am manage client engagement with new Microsoft web technologies and deliver technical talks on these issues).

    2008 - maintenant Primary responsibilities include:

    - architecture design and implementation of a cloud hosting / virtualized data center management platform in ASP.net / C# - MaPlateformeWeb.Com
    - treatment of high severity technical issues on production applications that use IIS server (version 5 / 6 / 7) as well as the .Net Platform.
    - reviewing customer architectures for .Net Applications that are in production or will go in production and suggest code improvements to increase performance and throughput.
    - handling sensitive and high-priority customer incidents with the front and second line support in order to assure client satisfaction and quality of delivered results.
    - engagement of the customer to define short to medium term customer expectations and assure delivery of stated goals.
    - delivery workshops to customers on the inner workings on IIS and .Net - on how to streamline the architecture of their applications.
  • Open Text - Architect / Product Owner for the LiveLink eDocs Translation Resource Toolkit

    2006 - 2007 Responsibilities included:

    - creation and review of the business plan for the conception of an internal tool to automate OpenText.eDocs application platform localization.
    - creation of the architecture and the development plan for this new tool
    - managing and coordinating the development tasks to develop the product
    - supervise the progress of the application development and assure that milestones were met on time, as well as technically lead the development effort for the application
    - coordinate with first wave beta test clients for the application
    - setup and manage a support system to ensure bug reporting for the application and feedback on the relevancy of future features to be included in the application
  • Hummingbird - Presales Consultant

    2004 - 2006 Worked as a presales consultant for the Europe Middle East and Africa division of the company, based in Paris. Main responsibilities were:

    - responding with technically concrete solutions to requests for proposals for potential clients
    - providing scale modules and POCs to prove that the technical response issued to the client is implementable
    - designing, developing and implementing custom components for the Hummingbird Enterprise platform to respond to specific customer needs that are not addressed by the standard product feature set
    - writing and giving trainings on the various components of the Hummingbird Enterprise platform and its APIs
  • The American University of Paris - Research Manager for the University’s Digitization project

    2003 - 2004 I was in charge of investinagting the posibility, and later on of building the specifications and proof of concept for an image content management application for the American University of Paris that was meant to handle the entire digitized database of all AUP art history slides ( more than 200 000 in total)

    Primary goals were:
    - creation of the specifications and architecture for the University's art history web library (an application which would be used to store art history images along with large quantities of meta data);
    - delivery of this project to the general student population: creation of a web intranet
    - working with other student participants to develop the application
    - creation and implementation of a test procedure for the application
  • UNESCO - Application developer for the Avicenna Project

    paris 2003 - 2003 Application developer for the Avicenna Project. My responsibilities were:

    - working with the development team to create the specifications of the backend interface
    - implementing and developing the backend interface to the project permitting admin access and monitoring of the project
    - writing of documentation for the backend components created
