2011 - 2012Purchasing Team Member responsible for PSA Window Lift Module development. In charge of integrating the best suppliers into new product developments through better design, QCDI objectives can be met, in line with the project schedule.
In charge of a purchasing portfolio composed by: technical and aspect plastic parts + toolings, PCB and over electronic components (polyswitch, connector…), rubber keypad, and packaging/logistic purchasing.
As representative of purchasing function in the project, I helped the project team define the Valeo requirement, ensures that the right conditions exist so that the best suppliers are able to propose the best QCDI solutions - Managed the state of progress of suppliers’ projects and validated the key stages - Provided feedback from the purchasing department and remains in coordination with the relevant family buyers and PQA specialists.
