  • Gustave Roussy - Research Scientist - Engineer

Villejuif 2016 - maintenant In charge of understanding the mechanisms of action of live probiotics or "oncomicrobiotics" in modulating the antitumoral immunty induced by anti-cancer regimens (chemo- or immunotherapy).

    Head of project.
    Management of students/engineer.
  • Gustave Roussy - PhD - Pr. Laurence Zitvogel Lab

Villejuif 2012 - 2016 My work focused on the impact of the gut microbiota on the efficacy of anticancer regimens such as cyclophosphamide (CTX), a cytotoxic agent exerting anti-angiogenic and immunostimulatory effects. We have shown in the lab that the tumor microenvironment is influenced by therapeutics affecting gut homeostasis such as cyclophosphamide, a cytotoxic agent, or ipilimumab, an immune checkpoint blocker.

Proficient in a wide range of skills including mouse experimental techniques and flow cytometry.
    Management of students and engineers.

    PhD Defense : 11/20/2015.
