Consulting activities for Airbus Defence & Space related to:
- Project coordination for the deployment of Dassault Systèmes V6 solution:
* Single Point of Contact between the project Team & the customer stakeholders,
* Split & organize work team (4 people),
* Ensure a link with the operation Team to facilitate transition from projet to run mode
- Business or Admin tools for operating new V6 platform (CATIA, 3DLIVE, Enovia, etc.)
* Gathering business requirements
* Balance these requirements with IT constraints
* Evaluate feasibility, impacts on process, environment, tools
* Estimate & define the new processes, tools useful to cover these requirements
* Design to cost development of missing features
- Synchronization between V6 & Windchill system
* Architecture study on the interoperability of such systems through TIBCO orchestrator and with xPDM / V6 gateways
* Provide a synthesis of benefits & concerns of such solution: lack of operability, no central administration, etc.
* Anticipate the operation activities and ensure that all the process & analysis tools are available to support the solution.
* Design to cost development of missing tools (ie: transform technical logs into functional ones)

By combining two solutions:
- PDM WebConnector from T-Systems
- OnePart / Cloudview from Exalead / Dassault Systèmes
We are extending the whole solution by providing Cloudview connectivity modules allowing to retrieve business processes / data & security from PDM Systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, ARAS, etc.) and pushed this information within Cloudview index.
On the basis of a PID (Product Information Description) assessed & signed between Exalead & T-Systems we delivered shortly a generic connector. This new component mixed with the integration of PDM Web Connector allows a flexible synchronisation between Exalead OnePart & any PDM Systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras, etc.) by being aware of the data, the processes, the lifecycle and the security (organisational or project based)
Within the PLM landscape, that kind of solution will improve & accelerate quick reuse, similarity comparison, make or buy decisions, etc.
