    2008 - maintenant AE3000 was set up in 2004 in order to develop turnkey projects : Solar PV Plants, Solar Thermal Plants, Biogaz Plants.
    The value chain of AE3000 covers different phases of projects, from the economic evaluation through construction, until the end of the operational management once the activity is underway. AE3000 installed more than 50MW of PV plants and 3MW of Biogaz plants.
    AE3000 France is certified ISO 9001 et ISO 14001 for activities of development, construction and maintenance of PV plants.

    Projects Manager :
    - Assessment of projects profitability and reporting to executive management
    - Negotiation with commercial agents, developer companies or owners (LOI, Purchase agreements, ...)
    - Manage and check projects development : technical(design of PV plants, Yield assessment), administrative (Lease agreements, Buildings permits, grid connection, FIT,...)
    - Manage the development team (lawyer, notary, architect, design office, colleague)
    - Report on projects progress and profitability to executive management
    - Contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
    - Negotiation with investors, banks (EPC, SPA, O&M agreements)
    - Insurance contracts negotiation

  • GINGER environnement et Infrastructure - Ingénieur d'études

    2007 - 2007 Réalisation de dossiers réglementaires (études d'impacts, DUP, ICPE, loi sur l'eau,...) pour des projets de centrales éoliennes, photovoltaïques, stations d'épuration, aménagements routier.
