  • Projets depuis l'enregistrement du contrat jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie. Plan technique: choix de solutions, dimensionnement. Plan commercial: relation client et fournisseurs, suivi du budget et des délais. Coordination des différents prestataires internes et externes. Management transversal des collaborateurs.
  • Process de transport Aéraulique pour un site pétrochimique au Turkménistan. Budget >3M€. 60 prestataires. 10 personnes. Durée : 15 mois.
  • Revamping d’une installation Pétrochimique au Qatar. budget >3M€. 20 prestataires. 5 personnes. Durée 6 mois.
  • Implantation d’une station de vidange Big bag pour un site alimentaire au Vietnam

  2008 - 2011 Activities: on the customer’s worksite. Setup a dialyzers production line. Supervise and increase production efficiency, direct management, team manager, operational project leader, workers training.
  
  Production: in one year, increase the productivity of 280%, from 1700 to 5000 unit per day.

  2007 - 2007 Research, Translation and tailoring of a metrological standard control for asphalt strength test machine.
  - Asphalt standard mixing design, test and introduction in test process.
  - Setup a machine test process.
  - Train the laboratory technician.

• TARMAC France (Hecquet Factory, Harnes/ Apprenticship) - Production engineer

  2005 - 2008 Subject: Concrete block press vibrating analysis. The aim was to improve the vibration during process.
  - Press vibration process analysis completed by stroboscopic and thermal analysis.
  - Theoretical analysis: Mould and vibrating system establishment of a model.
  - Setting up the improvement: maintenance team management for the press, the vibration and organizational improvement. Design of specifications for suppliers.
