  Onnaing 2013 - 2014 1 - Problem solving using specific and high efficient TOYOTA's method :
  For each defect : --> find a temporary counter-measure, in order to SECURE THE CUSTOMER.
  --> have a clear vision of what's the defect exactly, by spending a lot of time on the process, by collecting a lot of datas, and by speaking with all people concerned or impacted by the defect.
  --> create a work group to win in efficiency.
  --> FIND THE ROOT CAUSE of the problem, by using some quality tools (5 why, Genchi Genbutsu, ...).
  --> implement one or some solution(s) to solve the problem in long term.
  --> check by myself if solutions implemented are really efficient.
  
  2 - Statistical Process Control project on tightening process (2014 ARIA ceremony award given for this project) :
  --> learn to use a specfic SPC software from an italian supplier.
  --> analyze statistically datas collected on line from tightening process.
  --> define some SPC rules and implement them on the SPC software.
  --> define a new way to work for assembly department, to react to an SPC alert.

• Vallourec - Health and safety engineer apprentice

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - 2013 1 - Improvement of safety protocol for truck driver concerning loading and unloading operations on site.
  --> create and lead a work group, with managers or engineers from several firm's departments
  --> figure out the current situation.
  --> check what's the regulation ask for regarding this document.
  --> lead work group meetings and bring some solutions to improve the protocol.
  
  2 - I was in charge of chemical risk assessment on site, respecting the all VALLOUREC sites procedure :
  --> take stock of each chemical products used in all departments of the firm.
  --> get all MSDS back from the suppliers, and classify them.
  --> spend a lot of time on the process of each department by interviewing several members, in order to recover some informations (how often are the chemical products used, how are they used, how are they stocked, what Personal Protective Equipment are used, ...).
  --> register these informations into the VALLOUREC database.
  --> define high priority products we have to deal with, regarding VALLOUREC database results.
  --> implement some solutions to improve members protection against chemical products.

• Forges de Fresnes - Heath & Safety technician

  2011 - 2011 Same kind of work as in previous work experience in Actemium (always using Amerisc software).

• Actemium - Health & Safety trainee

  Trappes 2010 - 2010 I was in charge of chemical risk assessment on site, using a specific software (Amerisc) :
  --> take stock of all chemical products used on site.
  --> get each product's MSDS back from the supplier.
  --> register MSDS key informations into the software.
  --> collect some informations by interviewing each employee, about how they use each chemical product, how often they use it, how they stock it, what Personal Protective Equipment they use, ...
  --> register these informations into Amerisc software.
  --> bring and implement some solutions in order to improve work conditions of employees using chemical products determined as most dangerous.
  --> create some files giving key advices about how to use each product safely.
  --> create personal files, for each employee, detailing their all Actemium career long "chemical product historic" (as the regulation ask for).
