  • Servier - Head of Clinical Business Intelligence

    Suresnes 2011 - 2014 Providing Leadership to 3 teams.
    Data integration processes to prepare clinical data for statistical analysis and FDA submission in CDISC format: SDTM, ADaM, SEND.
    Defining and providing Metadata, data quality, and governance processes and resources to ensure clinical data integrity.
    Developing Data visualization and exploration process: SAP, SAS, TIBCO
    Setup agile method in standard program development process.

    Main projects:
    Program for redesign Clinical Data Process to enable clinical data standardization, clinical data warehouse and a new statistical computing environment.

  • Servier - Head of SAS department

    Suresnes 2006 - 2011 Leading a team of 15 programmers
    Prepare clinical datasets for statistical analysis purpose.
    Providing SAS standard programs to biometrics department: Clinical Data Management, Medical Coding, Statistical Analysis, Medical Writing & Publishing.
    Responsible for clinical randomization process and set up study IVRS with CRO.

    Main projects:
    Setup and drive statistical process outsourcing
    Migration from SAS v8 to v9 BI
    Setup randomisation process and solutions

  • Servier - Programming project leader

    Suresnes 2002 - 2006 I managed up to 7 people, divided in 2 axes:
    - Clintrial team: in charge of developping standards and study specifics PL/SQL programs (Edit checks and protocol deviations)
    - Inform team : in charge of developping standards and study specifics XML & VB programs (Edit cheks).

    Main projects : Migration from Clintrial 4.1 to 4.3 to 4.5, Set up inform architecture, set up programming and QC process and tools

    Suresnes 1999 - 2002 Participate to setup of clintrial 4.1 and servier data management standards
    Development of Clintrial programs (PL/SQL)
    Development of a Management Exchange Application (Visual Basic 6)
