En résumé

As a member of the Safety Engineering department at EDF Vallée de la Maurienne, I handled various projects. Most notably I assisted in the implementation of EDF’s sets of safety measures to control its hydro-power production. Consistent dedication to the project and continuous search of practical solutions helped me to adapt to both a new working environment and new technical challenges. My team and I succeeded in creating a generic safety protocol usable in similar hydropower sites of EDF. Curious to explore more thoroughly the possibilities of a career in chemistry, I participated one year later to a research at Sanofi’s laboratory to improve the physical properties of a number of active ingredients. While this position gave me practical experience in molecular chemistry, I contributed in improving the research methodologies and helped the other researchers with my own findings. With the completion of those missions, which consisted of several dimensions (audit, techniques, entrepreneurship, sustainable development and public/private sector), I decided to take on a new path with the intention to getting an international exposure. Indeed, I want to face more technical and cultural challenges in order to both expand my knowledge and be a key player in providing both pragmatic and efficient solutions to clients.
Finally I managed to be enrolled for the French VIE program (French International Volunteers in Business (IVB) program) as a Quality manager at Laboratoires Pourquery in Hong Kong where I can work on my skill in audit, chemistry, engineering within an international environment.

I yearn to work within an environment that produces premier and seasoned engineers which would provide me with an excellent opportunity to learn from such an experienced pool of potential mentors and I strongly value the importance of travelling and the diversity of the teams that enable your employees to better serve the firm and its clients.
