  • MSM Investment Ltd - Managing Shareholder

    2013 - maintenant MSM is a company dedicated to Plastic Waste trading and especially Agricultural Waste Net and String processing.

    MSM Developed a revolutionary process to Clean Agricultural Net (PP and PE) unique in Europe. So far, Agricultural Net was not recycled. It is partly collected in some countries as part of the Agricultural Waste collection Process but still represent a Cost Centre. It is either buried or incinerated.
    MSM Tested Process aims is to fully recycle this Net waste to reintroduce it in the standard Plastic Industry.

    We will turn this Net collection process Cost Centre into a Profit Centre, Not forgetting the Major positive ecological impact that it will have.

    MSM is now working with major country Agricultural Waste collection bodies to makes this a reality on industrial scale.

    As a shareholder, I am developing this Opportunity/R&D research into a full scale business.

    The Aim: Setting up facilities a close as the product is located, in Europe and why not outside Europe.

    2010 - 2012 Direct daily activities of 14 employees and source and manage multiple projects across varied development phases including Torun Karawela, Warsaw SkyPark, Poznan WestGate, Konin FerioII, and Radom. Spearhead sourcing of financial partners, prepare project documentation, and devise a financial business plan. Conduct feasibility, financial, risk and profitability analysis. Guide all project initiatives including project management, concept design, and interfacing with architects. Manage all aspects of investor relations including contract management covering PSPA, co-promotion agreements, and shareholder agreements.     * Sourced and secured numerous projects including 2 projects valued at €30M-€60M.
    • Identified and secured land and coordinated signing of the pre-sale purchase agreement.
    • Negotiated and signed a deal with a major Belgian construction company to support the development of the service company.
    • Engineered successful pre-financing of a project with a UK investment fund covering final purchase of the land and payment of the development service fees against a share in the investment vehicle.

  • Interaxion Partners Srl - Managing Director / Fondateur

    2003 - 2010 Managed numerous commercial centre projects on behalf of 2 major clients. Collaborated successfully with Vinci, a major construction company with €25B turnover on 3 projects. Partnered with VP of Mayland as board advisor to influence Group Casino funded by Goldman Sachs to finance the structure in Romania. Utilised polished interpersonal skills to negotiate with town halls in Romania. Sourced land and obtained all authorisations for 3 major projects in partnership with Vinci.

    * Played key role in the development of about 130,000 m2 GLA of existing commercial centres in Romania including Orchidea/Bucharest, Feeria/Bucharest, Cadran/Slobozia, and Felicia/Iasi.

    * Achieved status as one of the first companies, together with Vinci, to drive development of commercial centres in Romania.

    * Secured projects worth €170M to major companies.
  • Onivia Sarl - Fondateur

    2001 - 2004 Set up sales and administration functions for start-up in France. Established strong connections with SMS bulk resellers and created an operational database (mini CRM) for efficient business management. Devised campaign to gather telephone numbers and opt-in agreements from mobile users utilising various vehicles including games and raffles. Developed agreements, sourced equipment, and managed SMS-related TV games for Prima TV in Romania. Negotiated favourable agreements with Orange Romania and Vodafone.

    * Negotiated highly successful sale of the service as well as SMS Games based on client requirements to 30 small size companies selling PUSH advertising.

    * Sealed contracts with Mobile Way (now Sybase) a company offering software to manage SMS games, and Clickatell, a South African bulk SMS provider.

    * Partnered with ex-BT top executive to transition state-owned Telco owned by the Romanian Railway Company into a viable commercial enterprise including turning its major internal fibre optic network into a profit-generating facility.
  • Optimal Communication ltd - Sales Director Europe

    1996 - 2001 Pioneered expansion into Europe, identified potential markets, and targeted key accounts. Recruited country managers and selected and conducted high level negotiations with distributors in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and The Netherlands.
    Implemented significant sales process enhancements, ensured accountability of the distributors, optimised technical communication between HQ and distributors, and ensured full service adaptation to foreign markets. Managed customer sign ups, developed service level agreements, and implemented training programmes.

    * Boosted turnover by 30% from £15M to £27M over 3 years.

    * Secured contracts with Belgacom, ESAT, MCIWorldcom, Global One, GTS, Wind, Uni2, and ONI.
  • Vanderlande Industries - Ingenieur Avant Vente

    1994 - 1996 Utilised Catia software to design systems and developed required documentation for sales presentations, tender applications and technical design for airport baggage handling systems. Ensured strict adherence to process established by HQ in Holland.

    * Secure a major contract for the automation of Bajaras Airport in Madrid in partnership with sales team.

    1991 - 1994 Directed numerous projects ranging from €1M to €30M through all phases from bid to completion including overseeing initial building requirements, organising labour, installation and commissioning, and local regulatory compliance.

    * Delivered successful projects in Netherlands, France and the UK for major companies including Sony, TDK, Canon, Minolta, and Mitsubishi.
