    ► Project manager in charge of overall organization (10 people), planning, documentation, configuration management and cost control of the realization part. Aim is to ensure that the project’s goals are reached though proper follow up of every critical element related to the conception

    ► Development of MS Excel tools (planning, documentation control, ...) accessible via a single Human Machine Interface (HMI). This HMI was recently recognized as an innovation by the RATP
