    Provided assistance to the accounting department of a major French provider of mortgages in defining the mission statement, and designing appropriate operational processes and tools.
    • Analysed current activities of each department (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, General Ledger and Asset Liability Management) with brown paper workshops and face to face interviews.
    • Determined the accounting department activities required to meet the mission statement.
    • Proposed several possible scenarios to improve the organisation.
    • Analysed the human resources required for the future organisation.
    • Proposed a change program with short and long term action plans focusing on:
    • Purchase to pay process.
    • Transfer of tasks which do not contribute to meeting the mission statement.
