    • Team Management leading to successful Congresses, Stand-alone events and European sales meetings (All promoted BMS brands : Cardiovascular, Oncology, Pain, HIV, Pscychatry, Hep. B, Rheumatology)
    • Leveraging congresses and meetings strategy with EMEA Marketing Brand Teams (budget 25 Mio €)
    • Central reporting and data consolidation, cost monitoring policy and agency management with Purchasing Dept.

    1999 - 2004 March 1999 to May 2004 : Training Director for General Motors France
    • Responsible for Opel and Saab training curricula (300 dealers, 6000 employees, 1400 training days per year, skill and product training, sales and after sales, management and technical training )
    • Management of car launch training, motivation and incentive events (new models launch, 2 to 3 vehicles per year)
    • Profit center director : 3 Mio € turnover, 25% gross margin- Management of a 12 people team ( trainers, logistics and admin.)
    Additional missions: March 2003 to May 2004
    • Trans-country management of training for GM Southern Europe Cluster (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece), Profit center director : 9 Mio € turnover, 30% gross margin - Management of a 37 people team including 5 country managers.
