  • Tod's & Roger Vivier USA - New York - Retail Coordinator

    2011 - 2012 Support Tod’s USA Retail Division management of 8 Tod’s (2011 sales: $37.5 Million) and 2 Roger Vivier (2011 sales: $6.2 Million) Company owned boutiques, ensure that each store is operationally efficient, delivering the world class service:
    • Support 10 Boutique Managers, 10 Assistant Managers and their staff of employees (60 people):
    > Provide daily market specific feedback to ensure Operational, Budget, Human Resources and Visual Goals are achieved
    > Educate and develop each Manager to better understand Tod’s history, heritage and craftsmanship
    • Monitor store sales:
    > Audit daily transaction reports and KPI’s (UPT, ADT, Conversion Rate…)
    > Develop and implement Excel templates to better monitor daily, weekly and monthly Boutique and Sales Associate goals
    > Assist with bi-weekly Boutique Managers’ conference call which deliver support for elevating the boutiques, sales, people, the product and the presentation
