Role:
- Promoting testing and inspection services to prospects in Hong Kong, South China Area and Europe.
- Providing Sales and Account servicing to cross-region retail clients.
- Coordinating key account operations with customer service team : set up processes and KPI, liaising with factories, merchandisers, buyers and technologists to ensure smooth operation.
- Developing dedicated services to address clients needs in terms of quality at each stage : product development, sourcing, production, pre-shipment checking
- Developing and executing the sales strategy to enlarge market share for testing and inspection services
- Support the local sales team in China to build up network with local vendors of traders/buying offices/retailers
- Handling marketing support activities such as seminars, exhibitions and promotion materials
- Checking instructions manuals, artwork, Fitness for use testing
