Very good knowledge of each system consumed through the guest lifecycle from booking through to consumption and post stay including booking channels (GDS, web booking sites, Kiosks, call center), central reservation system, property management system, credit card processing systems, sales & catering system, SFA module, door lock systems, POS interface, phone interface, interface integration systems and post stay data retention and mining.
