This is done through different ways like trainings, digital documents, seminars, technical support.
This is why some time is spent behind a desk to write technical documentation but it is also necessary to put nose and hands in grease to keep a foot on field and remember reality of on site job. This gives the opportunity to travel around the world for short periods or longer ones (5 months in Australia recently).
Finally, my job consists in finding a good balance between office and field job to provide colleagues and partners with good knowledge and solutions, and to identify gaps between cutomers needs and our range to develop new products to make everybody happy!
