I have been working for Eurogroup Consulting (Consulting in Strategy, organization and management) for 6 years. I am holding the position of Manager in the retail sector. I am working for clients such as Galeries Lafayette (department stores), Feu Vert (automotive retailer), Conforama (home furnishing retailer) and Casino (food retailer) and distribution network firms : Mc donald's and crédit mutuel (retail banking).

I mainly work on the following topics : headquarter - stores organization and processes, core organization redesign, strategic plans and in store processes. I do have a lot of interest in omni channel transformation, customer journey and service.

    I work with Executive Commitees and board members to help them define their strategy (workshops to build 4 to 10 years projects), re design their organization and optimize their processes. I also work with operational teams in order to analyze (field diagnosis), to decline the strategies and implement projects.

    Some relevant assignments:

    Build a new organization
    - Built up a support team for the stores in order to improve the commercial performance
    - Drew 3 organization scenarios with FTE & financial projection and quality of service impacts in store

    Define new strategic plan
    - Co developed the firm strategic plan with the top management and declined it into 20 project portfolios for each logistic center
    - Gave awareness of the 8-year strategic plan to the 20 000 employees through a mobilization approach

    Improve existing processes (in store and HQ)
    - Studied the omni channel transformation impacts in store and back-office functions (supply, marketing, e-commerce ...)
    - Wrote the core processes for international department : opportunity analysis and store opening
    - Build new variable compensation policy for the salesforce
    - Defined the sales "customer oriented" expectations
    - Decentralized commercial and financial reporting
    - Simplified communication flows between Marketing and stores
    - Defined budget forecast processes for stores remodeling or opening
    - Wrote a new internal communication plan for HQ
