    Design, procure, fabricate and install complete subsea pipeline, risers systems and platform for the Offshore Oil & Gas industry world-wide.

    2011 to date: Projects SCM Manager based in Nigeria (Lagos)

    Co-ordinate SCM support to projects in Nigeria. With the Nigeria SCM director, promotes and develops an optimum local functional organization, able to provide in the best conditions the SCM support required by the projects operating in Nigeria.
    Facilitates the interfaces between Project SCM Managers and departments organization (SCM, Engineering, Operations, QC, etc. departments ).
    Supports the Project SCM teams for all Nigerian related matters; main point of contact for SCM Project managers.
    Specific Nigerian knowledge to work efficiently in Nigeria.
    Defines and agrees with the project management and SCM functions the requirement of SCM competencies (Local/Expats) for the SCM activities in country and ensure that personnel are qualified accordingly.
    Allocates SCM personnel to Projects and ensures that the SCM personnel assigned on Projects work in compliance with SCM processes and procedures.
    Optimises the performance of the SCM department & proposes work scope changes to home country department for expatriate personnel.
    Provides functional support to Nigerian SCM personnel and day to day functional support to expatriate SCM personnel in Nigeria.
    With the Nigeria SCM Director coordinates the implementation of the Group and Regional sourcing strategies in the country, and in the Projects.

    EPIC Project of 130 Kms of Pipelines including the full channel of the SCM (procurement, expediting, transportation…).

    Develop and implement the Project Supply Chain Management strategy for the Project.
    Develop the Nigerian SCM team (recruit, training…), develop dedicated local process and put in place all SCM process locally for the Project.
    Manage in parallel the SCM team based in Lagos and the SCM team based in France.

    Block17 Gas Export Pipeline phase 2 is part of a wider project which encompasses the installation of submarine Gas Export Pipeline (GEP) system between Block 17 and Angola’s future Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facility in Soyo for Total E&P Angola.

    Develop and implement the Project Supply Chain Management strategy for the Project.

    KIZOMBA C Mondo & Saxi batuque fields (Exxon Exploration Angola – Block 15)
    Transportation, installation of structures, jumpers, flying leads, umbilicals, and risers, required to tie back 4 drill centres to the Saxi FPSO and related facilities.

    Procurement co-ordinator of all built in materials / equipment – (Follow up of the total order).
    Resume of procurement scope of work: Procurement of approx. 41 kms of 10” sub-sea pipeline and 3 kms of 10” onshore pipelines

    MAR PROFUNDO GIRASSOL – On site at Ulsan South Korea (FPSO-Floating Production Storage & Offloading) -
    Procurement Co-ordinator on site (Ulsan - South Korea during 18 months).
    Responsible for all necessary procurement delivery on site for the topside construction & all procurement transit activities in Korea.
    Review the Hyundai Heavy Industries Offshore Division (HHI-OD) purchase material.
    Follow-up all bulk material & equipment transit.
    Connection with the Material Receipt & Certification File Supervisor and procurement department based at the Head Office in France to identify and clearly qualify the damages or incompleteness of all bulk material and equipment delivered on site.
    In relation with the Lead Construction Supervisor for vendor mobilisation.
