En résumé

Consultant en stratégie expérimenté, j'ai passé 7 ans chez Arthur D. Little.
J'ai travaillé sur plus de 30 cas (dont un quart en tant que chef de projet) dans différentes industries (matériaux de construction, automobile, transport, telecom, armement, ...) et sur des sujets très variés.
Après une expérience entrepreneuriale d'un an, je suis finalement retourné dans le conseil chez Arthur D. Little (après un rapide passage chez Kea & Partners).

    Malakoff 2011 - 2011 Je suis resté 2 mois chez Kea & Partners où j'ai participé à 3 projets : 2 due diligences (grande consommation et retail) et la définition du plan stratégique d'un acteur du tourisme.

    2007 - 2009 I worked in the Automotive and Manufacturing Practice of the Paris office.
    I was in charge of the daily client relationship and of managing teams of 3 to 5 consultants.
    I managed over half a dozen missions in various sectors (telecom services, automotive industry, private equity, ... ) and on very diverse issues (operational performance enhancement, strategic portfolio review, due diligences, …).
    I also had internal responsibilities including the office marketing or the coaching process.

    2005 - 2007 I worked in the Transportation practice and was responsible for portions of projects.
    I interacted regularly with clients and started coaching interns and Business Analysts.
    During those 2.5 years, I developed my synthesis skills and learnt how to better interact with clients and manage complex work streams

    2003 - 2005 I worked in the Public Services practice of the Paris office.
    I took responsibility for increasingly complex research and analyses and for growing parts of presentations.
    During this period, I developed my analytical and presentation skills

  • Arthur D. Little - Stagiaire

    2002 - 2002 I spent one full year as an intern in the Public Services Practice of the Paris office.
    During the first half of this year I learnt of to perform complex analysis and how to use the various tools of the consultant.
    During the second half of this year, I was fully integrated and already considered as a Business Analyst
