    Saint Priest 2020 - maintenant Executive responsibility in Manufacturing Engineering for complete truck development and industrialization in France (3 sites: Lyon, Bourg-en-Bresse and Blainville).
    Lead a multi-site Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for co-developing, approving, and introducing all product changes related to Renault and Volvo Trucks components, including software, in all factories located in France.
  • Volvo - Director Cab and Chassis (France)

    Saint Priest 2017 - 2020 Executive responsibility in Manufacturing Engineering for Cab and Chassis development in France (3 sites).
    Manage a multi-site Engineering team responsible for approving and introducing all product changes related to Cab and Chassis components in all factories located in France.
  • UD Trucks - Director Documentation Engineering Asia-Pacific and Site Manager Ageo (Japan)

    2013 - 2017 Executive responsibility in Documentation Engineering for Asia-Pacific region.
    Manage a multi-site team responsible for introducing product changes in Asian factories (China, India, Japan, and Thailand).
    Regularly work on a detailed resource planning to anticipate fluctuations and optimize resource allocations.
    Each and every team member is served in the best possible way to minimize inefficiencies such as overstaffing and managerial waste.
    Develop and promote usage of standard processes and tools in all Asia-Pacific sites in order to share resources and balance workload among Asian factories.

    Continuously review our processes for improving our performance by eliminating wastes such as non-value added operations.
    As site Manager for Global Manufacturing Engineering, manage all employees located in Ageo site: Group Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers (up to 35 white collars).

  • Volvo - Project Manager and Global Platform Leader (Sweden)

    Saint Priest 2010 - 2013 Project Manager for two multi-site and multi-brand projects: P2683 (Euro 5) and P2828 (Euro 6).
    Responsible for the scope containing Renault products and all common Renault/Volvo components.
    Coordinate all Volvo Group Trucks sites impacted by both projects: Bourg-en-Bresse & Lyon (France), Lundby & Tuve (Sweden), and Kaluga (Russia).

    As Global Manufacturing Platform Leader, define a standard way of working supporting Volvo Group Trucks Operations Strategy/Vision and implement it in all regions.
    Support and coach all sites for writing project pre-requisites (related to the Fishbone Factory concept) in order to reach the targeted level in terms of industrial performance and cost effectiveness.
    Train Engineers and Managers, on-site, in Brazil (Curitiba), Japan (Ageo), Sweden (Gothenburg), and USA (3 sites: Allentown PA, Dublin VA, and Greensboro NC).
  • Renault Trucks - Project Manager (France)

    Saint-Priest France 2009 - 2010 Project Manager for the replacement of the threaded fasteners Standard on all Renault products (Global Fasteners project).
    Define and secure the budget for all investments and associated industrial costs (for Bourg-en-Bresse plant).
    Prevent any deviation to the new Standard and secure its full implementation in order to reduce purchasing cost per unit for all threaded fasteners and maximize global savings (economies of scale).
  • Volvo Trucks - Industrial Validation Plan Leader and Manufacturing Engineering Front Office (Russia)

    saint priest 2008 - 2009 Create an Industrial Validation Plan for the new Volvo Group Trucks plant in Kaluga (Russia).
    Define and implement an Industrial Launch set-up (KPI, daily meeting, problem solving process, and action plan).
    Manage teams and provide technical support for equipment installation, tests, and pre-series on the Renault assembly line (6 months on-site).
    Share resources with the Volvo assembly line in order to reduce labor cost and improve efficiency (utilizing experienced blue collars on both lines, to train and support others).
  • Renault Trucks - VPS & Lean Manufacturing Leader (France)

    Saint-Priest France 2005 - 2008 Lead several Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to boost performance, enhance quality, and reduce cost (Kaizen workshops were the most efficient ways of achieving breakthroughs within a short period of time).
    Administrate and create procedures for Poka-Yoke and Pick-to-Light systems in all assembly lines (more than 150 workstations).

    As Production Manager Deputy, occasionally manage the production on CKD picking line (up to 25 operators and technicians).
