    Paris 2012 - maintenant I'm in charge of managing the strategic development of all e-mailing campaigns on our worldwide customer databases (promotional or relational), for all Accor brands, to develop sales and loyalty.
    One of my key mission is to determine how we can gain in efficiency on the management and sending of all our campaigns. To reach these objectives, my team is split in 2 divisions :
    - One division is in charge of campaign management, for all brands, upon the established communication contact plan
    - One division is in charge of Project Management, wether the projects are clients oriented (triggered emailings, new language/country versions...) or process oriented (Neolone upgrades...).

    -Setting and following quantitative and qualitative targets

    1992 - 1998 Responsible for the evaluation of the files set up by the distributors ( car dealers, kitchen manufacturers, sports clubs...)
